
After the band released its second cd ‘Tuianti’ in 2008, it now takes the stage to perform live. The concert, titled ‘Tuianti Live’ will take place Sunday 21st November 2010. With this concert the band celebrates its 35th anniversary.
Since 1975 the Concord Pipe Band is known as one of the most successful pipe bands from the Netherlands. Due to many good results at competitions and many fine performances both in the Netherlands and abroad, the band and dance group considers itself to be successful.
By winning two major championships in Scotland the band has been promoted by the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association from grade 4B to grade 3A in very short time.
The band will perform a selection of traditional Scottish music, as well as new compositions. The dance group shows a variety of highland and country dances to complete the concert.
